When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days, not including holidays. Our orders are handled and shipped from our homebase in Bishop, California. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed as well as an e-mail confirmation with a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Who will be shipping my order?
Orders will be handled and shipped by Tera Kaia, a grassroots operation at the base of the Eastern Sierra mountains. Tera Kaia is a woman owned and run company that started in 2016 because they got tired of sports bras that don’t fit! Do you ship to PO boxes? APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail shipping.
*Does Eastern Sierra Pride ship internationally?
Well, yes and no. International shipping to Canada is available for $10.00 flat rate and other countries by request-only and does not include exchanges. Please understand that shipping will be higher than usual, and there may be additional duties and/or taxes that are paid when the item is picked up. We can’t track the item once it goes over the border, so it may take several weeks to arrive.
If you are interested in placing an international order beyond Canada, contact us with your address to request a shipping option and shipping quote for your location.
What if I enter my shipping address incorrectly?
Please contact us as soon as you can to notify us of a change in shipping address for an order.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Eastern Sierra Pride is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee will be required. To avoid reshipping fees please double check your address prior to checkout.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, a flat-rate shipping cost of $5.00 (for US orders) will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a $5.00 restocking fee.
Exchange and Return Policy
Our exchange and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange and returns are available for US orders ONLY.

How long will it take to process a refund/ exchange and see my card refunded?
It may take up to 2-3 weeks including receiving the shipment to process a return or exchange. After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
